The Nova Scotia Health Promotion
Promising Practices Project:
PMCS worked with a collaborative team to develop
a process for documenting and reviewing health
promotion promising practices in Nova
Scotia. We also worked with several
community-based health promoters to
assist them in evaluating and
documenting their practices according to
the newly developed process.
Mobile Outreach Street Health Service:
PMCS worked with the Street Involved Working
Group to develop and obtain funding for
MOSH, a mobile outreach primary health
care service for people who are street
involved or homeless. We are continuing
to support the implementation and
evaluation of this important initiative. |
